Vibroacoustic Therapy: What a Single inHarmony Session Can Do for Your Well-Being

Can just one moment of pause shift how you feel?
An ongoing study on vibroacoustic therapy (VAT) using inHarmony devices suggests that the answer may be yes.

Participants (n=12) were invited to complete short questionnaires before and immediately after a practitioner-led session. The goal was simple: to measure the real-time effects of VAT on stress, anxiety, energy, clarity, and overall well-being.

What Changed After Just One Session?

The preliminary results are striking:

💙 Lower stress and anxiety

  • Anxiety: −64%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0048).
  • Stress: −66%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0078).

âš¡ More energy and mental clarity

  • Energy: +92%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0114).
  • Mental clarity: +64%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0428).
  • Relaxation: +75%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0176).

🌙 Less fatigue and brain fog

  • Fatigue: −75%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0039).
  • Brain fog: −60%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0130).

😊 Boosted well-being

  • Overall well-being: +62%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0.0287).
  • Mood: +53%, with a statistically significant difference (p = 0;0503).

Other measures like focus, concentration, and physical comfort also showed positive trends, though not yet statistically significant.

A Personalized Experience

One of the unique aspects of this study is that no two sessions were the same. Some participants used the inHarmony Meditation Cushion, others the Sound Lounge or the Massage Table. Sessions ranged from 9 to 45 minutes, with sound protocols like Crown, Ocean Dreams, and I Am Rejuvenated.

This diversity gives the study strong ecological validity—capturing the way people actually use inHarmony in real-world settings rather than just in controlled labs.

Why It Matters

While these are early findings, the data suggests that even a single vibroacoustic therapy session may deliver immediate benefits—helping reduce stress and anxiety while boosting energy, relaxation, and clarity.

As more participants join and long-term data is collected, researchers will be able to better understand whether these effects last—or even grow stronger—with continued use.
