Preliminary Findings: Immediate Wellness Benefits After a Single inHarmony Session

Objective

This preliminary analysis aimed to evaluate short-term changes in perceived wellness before and after a single inHarmony session using a structured 10-item questionnaire.

 

Why It Matters

Modern lifestyles often lead to elevated stress, anxiety, and physical discomfort, all of which contribute to reduced well-being and quality of life. Technologies that can elicit rapid improvements in relaxation, comfort, and mood offer valuable tools for both preventive health and stress management.

 

Study Design

Participants completed a 10-question online survey immediately before and after a single inHarmony session.

The items covered emotional, mental, and physical dimensions of well-being (e.g., anxiety, stress, fatigue, aches, comfort, relaxation).

  • 12 individuals completed pre-session surveys, and 4 completed post-session surveys.
  • Data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism 8.0, applying Shapiro–Wilk, Mann–Whitney, and t-tests as appropriate.
  • p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.


The session tracks included:

  • Sacral vol 2 (33 min)
  • 175 My Body is Aligned (11 min)
  • C# (33 min)

 

Results

Statistically significant improvements were observed for:

  • Freedom from anxiety (p = 0.0176)
  • Relaxation (p = 0.0434)
  • Freedom from aches and pains (p = 0.0010)
  • Physical comfort (p = 0.0005)
  • Total wellness score (p = 0.0068)


Percentage improvements from pre- to post-session:

  • Aches/pains: +82%
  • Physical comfort: +58%
  • Freedom from anxiety: +50%
  • Relaxation: +42%
  • Energy: +42%
  • Overall wellness: +43%
  • Freedom from stress/fatigue: +34%
  • Emotional state: +31%
  • Mental clarity: +28%

 

Interpretation

A single inHarmony session produced meaningful benefits in emotional balance, relaxation, and physical comfort. The largest gains were observed in relief from aches and pains and anxiety reduction, reflecting both physical and psychological relaxation responses. The results suggest that vibroacoustic and multisensory stimulation may rapidly modulate stress and tension, promoting whole-body well-being.

 

Why This Is Important

These findings indicate that inHarmony technology can deliver immediate, perceivable wellness benefits after just one session. The consistent improvements across multiple wellness dimensions — particularly pain relief, relaxation, and anxiety reduction — highlight its potential as a non-invasive, holistic approach for enhancing mental and physical health.
