Effect of Hydrogas + Sodium Silicate Complex Infused Water in Healthy Individuals

1. Study Title

Effect of Hydrogas + Sodium Silicate Complex Infused Water in Healthy Individuals

2. Main Objective

To evaluate the effects of Altered Labs’ Hydrogas combined with Sodium Silicate Complex (AL-WATER) in healthy individuals.

3. Specific Objectives

To investigate the effect of AL-WATER on:

• Urine pH
• Urine specific gravity

4. Methodology

4.1 Sample Size

16 healthy participants (14 women and 2 men), aged between 29 and 50 years.

4.2 Intervention

Participants consumed 1 liter of AL-WATER per day for 7 consecutive days.

4.3 Evaluations

• Parameters Assessed: Urine pH and urine specific gravity
• Assessment Method: Dipstick urinalysis (Urinalysis Test Strips, USA)
• Timing: Samples were collected at 9:00 AM on Day 0 (baseline) and Day 7 (post-intervention)

5. Results

5.1 Urine pH

• Baseline: 5.56
• Day 7: 6.18
• Change: +11.15%
• Interpretation: The average urine pH increased from slightly acidic to slightly above average (normal urine pH ~6.0), indicating a shift toward less acidic urinary excretion.

5.2 Urine Specific Gravity

• Baseline: 1.022
• Day 7: 1.020
• Change: Insignificant decrease
• Interpretation: All values remained within the normal physiological range (1.002–1.030), suggesting no adverse impact on kidney function or hydration status.

6. Conclusion

Daily consumption of 1 liter of AL-WATER for 7 days resulted in an 11.15% increase in urine pH, suggesting reduced acidity, without any disruption of kidney function as indicated by stable urine specific gravity.
