Study #4 – Faster DNA Repair After Exercise with NanoVi® Bio-identical Signaling

Highlights

  • Athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Vienna tested NanoVi® after intense interval training.
  • Post-exercise NanoVi® sessions reduced DNA double-strand breaks in lymphocytes.
  • Results suggest faster DNA repair and improved recovery from oxidative stress.
  • NanoVi® may help athletes enhance cellular resilience and post-training recovery naturally.

Intense physical training can challenge even the most elite athletes at the cellular level. High-intensity exercise generates oxidative stress that can cause DNA double-strand breaks (DSBs) — one of the most serious types of cellular damage. Efficient DNA repair is critical not only for recovery and performance but also for maintaining long-term cellular health.

A research team at the Olympic Training Center in Vienna set out to explore whether NanoVi® Pro, a non-invasive bio-optimization device, could help accelerate DNA repair following strenuous exercise.

The Study Design

Endurance athletes completed a controlled interval training protocol on two occasions. After the first session, researchers collected blood samples to assess DNA damage in lymphocytes. On the second occasion, the same training protocol was followed — but this time, athletes received a 20-minute NanoVi® Pro session immediately after exercise. During the session, participants sat comfortably and breathed normally through the device’s nasal cannula.

The Results

The findings were clear across all participants:
Athletes who used the NanoVi® device after training showed fewer DNA double-strand breaks compared to when no device was used. This reduction suggests that NanoVi® supported faster cellular regeneration and a more efficient oxidative stress response.

The Takeaway

The researchers concluded that NanoVi® Pro may accelerate cellular recovery by enhancing DNA repair processes following exercise-induced oxidative stress. For high-performance athletes and active individuals alike, this technology could represent a valuable addition to post-exercise recovery routines — supporting resilience at the cellular level, naturally and non-invasively.
